Organizations should identify one person to serve as the primary representative; that person should complete and submit this form. Other representatives can be added after membership approval.
Your application for membership will be reviewed and you will hear from us shortly. For your reference, your organization will be approved as a member organization, supporter organization, or attendee.

A 501(c)(3) or other nonprofit and/or government entity that demonstrates a positive impact on the veteran or military community and/or their families. Members have voting rights.
- Must offer services to veterans, military, and/or their families;
- Must have demonstrated some type of impact or desire to demonstrate positive impact on the veteran/military community;
- Services must be offered within the Delaware Valley;**
- Must be a 501(c)(3) or other nonprofit and/or government entity – cannot be a for-profit business/corporation.
** No organization desiring membership or association with the DVVC will have engaged in predatory practices or practices which disadvantage a veteran.
** defined as Philadelphia, Bucks, Berks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties in PA; Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Hunterdon, Salem, and Mercer Counties in NJ; New Castle and Kent Counties in DE; and Cecil County in MD, unless otherwise determined by DVVC
A for-profit or other organization that, proactively or reactively, demonstrates a positive impact on the veteran or military community and/or their families. Supporters do not have voting rights.
Any organization or individual that has or wishes to have a positive impact on the veteran or military community and/or their families that does not fall into (or does not desire to be a part of) the Member or Supporter category. Attendees do not have voting rights.
